POTATO GNOCCHI WITH PEAS AND HAM

Ingredients

For 3 people
  • 500 gr of Potato Gnocchi
  • 200 gr of peas
  • 100 gr of prosciutto cotto (baked ham, a single slice)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the peas for two minutes, cut the ham into cubes, add and leave to cook for a minute, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the gnocchi and place it into the pan with the peas, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano cheese, mix well and serve immediately
