POTATO GNOCCHI WITH PRAWN, ROCKET AND TOMATO

Ingredients

For 3 people
  • 500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 handful of wild rocket
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 100g of tomato sauce
  • 100g of shelled prawns
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan, add the prawns and the hand-shredded basil, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the gnocchi, add to the hot sauce, add the chopped rocket, mix everything well and serve immediately.
