Heat the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan, then without letting it brown add the already washed and thinly sliced mushrooms, and leave to simmer for around 7 minutes.
After the 7 minutes are up, season the sauce with the salt, pepper and parsley to taste, boil the gnocchi and place them on the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano cheese, mix everything well and serve immediately.
