Gluten-free fresh potato gnocchi

Gluten-free potato gnocchi were made in response to the need of coeliacs, but we dare anyone to notice the difference to regular gnocchi. There is no gluten, but the flavor and texture are the same as you’ve always known.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

Ingredients

Fresh potatoes 80%, gluten free mixing (corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, thickener: vegetable fiber, guar seeds flour) eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface). May contains traces of soy and milk.

Allergens

Contains: eggs, gluten < 20 ppm.

How to cook them

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 2 minutes and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
