– Fresh potato gnocchi with spinach

A light gnocchi with intense flavor, ideal for the whole family. Our fresh potato is mixed with 100 percent Italian spinach, which will surprise you with its goodness.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

Ingredients

Fresh potatoes 65%, wheat flour, Spinach 16%, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).

Contains: wheat (gluten), eggs, and may contain traces of soy and milk.

How to cook them

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
