Fresh potato gnocchi ‘striped’

Artisanal striping restores, on the plate and in memories, the classic texture of homemade gnocchi. They are perfect however you want to cook them.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

Ingredients

Fresh potatoes 72%, wheat floureggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).

Allergens

Contains: wheat (gluten), eggs, and may contain traces of soy and milk.

How to cook them

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
