Fresh potato gnocchi

Simple as you would make them. We knead potatoes flour and eggs to give you back the natural and authentic taste of homemade gnocchi.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

Fresh potatoes 78%, wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
