Fresh potato gnocchi

We prepare these with the traditional gnocchi recipe: just fresh potatoes, flour, eggs and a pinch of salt.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

Ingredients

Fresh potatoes 78%, wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).

Allergens

Contains: wheat (gluten), eggs, and may contain traces of soy and milk.

How to cook them

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
