Spelt is a very ancient grain that loves to be grown according to nature Added in place of wheat flour, it gives life to Bio gnocchetti that are truly unique in taste and nutritional properties.

No preservatives, no additives, no flavorings. We do not use potato flakes or starch, only fresh steamed potatoes.

*Fresh potatoes 77%, *spelt flour 18%, *eggs, salt, *sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).

How to cook them

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
